utterly romantic escape
riverside restaurant reasonable price friendly staff
The riverside restaurant was so nice. i enjoyed breakfasts and dinners there. the hotel offered tours of nearby attractions at reasonable prices. This made exploring so easy. the staff were all friendly and helpful!!!

The room included a balcony. The reception staff was friendly and easy to talk to. the restaurant by the river offered good value. the river setting was beautiful with a large pool for swimming and relaxation.

underwhelming stay with issues
restaurants walking distance low water pressure bathroom
the location was acceptable, there were restaurants within walking distance.
The bathroom was not good, with very low water pressure. This made showering unpleasant. i found this frustrating, especially after a long day. the hotel needs to address this problem.

watery eggs morning noise
The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety. the scrambled eggs were consistently watery. The fresh fruit selection seemed limited to mostly melon. This began around 8 am, which wasn't ideal for sleeping in. It was a constant reminder.

wonderful stay with lush surroundings
lush garden seating area helpful staff two swimming pools
the resort restaurant sits right beside the river. the staff were friendly and helpful. the gardens looked lovely, and i found great seating areas. i could relax by the two amazing swimming pools.
The breakfast selection had a good variety of options though not much was to my taste. i particularly enjoyed the omelette, fruit, and thai desserts for breakfast.

my room was spacious, bright, and overlooked the pool. the air conditioning worked effectively, keeping the room cool. the room included a comfortable bed and daily cleaning service, so i found the space clean.

The resort included two pools. One was large, and one was smaller. breakfast provided a view of the river adding to the experience. i appreciated the lush grounds with fish ponds and trees filling the area.
